FUNDRAISING EVENT – TERM 3
WE NEED YOUR HELP
WHEN: Sunday, 12th August 2018
TIME: Approx. 5.30am – 10am

We want YOU to join our team of volunteers! As a thank you, the event will make a donation back to 1st Kellyville Scouts for each volunteer.
1st Kellyville Scout Group have been assigned Drink Station #2, Lyne Park, Rose Bay on New South Head Road (at the 6km mark) to look after, and requires 20 volunteers to manage it. So if you want to make a difference for the troop, experience a great atmosphere and be part of something big, we need you!
Drink Station Volunteer Role
Approximate shift time: 2 hours prior to the first race start, (approx. 5.30am) to set up the drink station, till approximately 1 hour after the last runner goes past your station, to help pack up. (Approx. 11am)
Description: Drink Station Volunteers set up the drink station and then hand out drinks as runners come past.

Don’t forget that by helping out and volunteering your time, the fundraising levy you are normally charged will be taken off next term’s invoice of fees.
