The hike is a loop trail within Berowra Valley National Park. There are some steep and difficult parts along with interesting scenery and some creeks. Also on the hike is a historical quarry site where they mined rocks to help with the construction of a rail link from Sydney to Newcastle in approximately 1886. We intercept the Callicoma trail along the way.
