State Rally is back on this year.  It is a competition camp organised by Scouts NSW at Cataract Scout Park where scouts attend in patrols.  By 16th June we need to know who would like to attend State Rally. Then our unit councils can assign scouts to Project Patrols and we can get registrations in before the early-bird discount closes.

Please do not register yourself directly for State Rally, we must choose project patrols leaders and register as patrols.

There is a bit of information about State Rally below, more information can be found here.

When: Fri 30th Jul 2021 (5.30pm) to Sun 1st Aug 2021 (1pm)

Where: Cataract Scout Park

Cost: SCOUT - Early Bird ($39.50)

State Rally is the biggest annual State-run Scouting event on the calendar. This event is open to ALL Scouts in NSW. This theme for 2021 will be “Beyond the Horizon” as chosen by your NSW State Scout Youth Council.

Everyone, Leaders and Youth Members are encouraged to come along in costume for a sensational weekend building .

This event is focused on giving the attendees a worthwhile activity whereby they have some fun and learn whilst doing. The focus of State Rally is to provide activities to challenge the Scouts, which can contribute to the Personal Progression Framework, are Patrol based, give opportunities for everyone to participate, assist and lead.

This is a competition camp. Participants will earn points whilst completing fun filled activities for their Patrol. The marking scheme will be based on their performance against the activity outcomes and their demonstrated team work as a Patrol. Activities vary in duration and may consist of a few small activities. Patrol Leaders will also be scored on their Leadership capabilities.
